Had a very odd smell right out of the package, and is definately no thicker than a regular quilted blanket. It is relatively soft and cute, works ok as a floor cover but not thick enough to be considered a mat.

This is a nice mat for baby, its decently thick and a nice size until you get to the beginnings of crawling. My only complaint is that it doesnt stand up to washing, I like to wash this at least once per week due to babies drool, possible spit ups, and it just being on the floor but after a few washes the stitching is already coming out and I don't feel comfortable having my baby around it with the possibility of the thread getting wrapped around his fingers. Overall a nice playmat, but it may not stand the test of time

Perfect for inside play pen. It is a bit thin but it is soft and does have non-slip dots on the bottom to help hold it into place. Works good to lay a baby down on.

Great play mat for my daughter. Grips well to floor, easy to wash. Cute pattern and does the job it’s intended for. Did smell right out of the package, you just need to give it a good wash (a couple of times), and it dries quick.

Feels like a thin blanket that’s made of harder material. There’s not any fluff in there.Design is nice but it does not meet its intended purpose. Not sure how safe this would be for babies to fall on it, I tried dropping my head on it and it did not feel good, definitely felt the hardness of the floor and barely any cushioning.It did look easy to clean (won’t take up a lot of space in the washer since it’s pretty thin).I’d get this if you want to put it on a not so hard surface, like on top of a carpet for example. Would not recommend for hard floors.Price wise, I felt like this was overpriced as the material was nothing special and not padded.

I REALLY wish this was thicker or more padded because it is gorgeous! I like the nonslip grips the bottom. It’s just SO thin that it doesn’t provide much when my baby is rolling. He is constantly crying from hitting his head on the floor and it would be just the same to put a blanket down. It’s a great size. If you’re using for older kids it’s fine as a little play area or if you’re using on a mat.

Big play mat that is awesome for babies. Easily foldable for transport. Easily set up for play. Has some cushion to it for protection. Great for babies and toddlers who are learning to crawl and walk. Using this in addition to a baby fence would be ideal. It also makes a great gift.

This baby playmat is a great size, very large. It’s perfect for your baby to begin exploring - from tummy time, to learning to crawl. I love that it’s big enough to actually allow my baby room to roll and roam. So convenient that it’s easily washable (although it takes up whole machine) The material is soft and thick. I personally think it could be a little thicker but it’s worlds better than the floor, or even most other play mats. The design is very cute, mute enough to not clash with the furniture but bright enough for baby. I love the letters and animals so baby can learn as they explore. Excellent quality and perfect for a large play area/playpen, nursery or just your living room floor

My little guy loves this mat!We have old hardwood floors, so providing a safe comfortable place for him to play and nap on is a must. This playmat provides both and he absolutely loves being on it. He'll play with his toys on it and then when he's all tuckered out, he'll just lie down and take a nap right on it.It's a wonderful mat, we highly recommend it.
