It's a great product for the $$ spent. Had a bit trouble deflating the pillow air but eventually it all worked out and the mattress folded up nicely after trial.

This is thick and seems comfortable on trials at home, but I haven’t used it outside yet. Here’s what I’ve found so far.It’s a bit heavy (comparing to ultra lite hiking models) but rolls up pretty small. It’s not terrible for what it is and I am happy with its thickness and ease to blow up.Using the built in foot valve it took just over 100 pumps, around 50 seconds of pumping.The “pillow” is barely anything and not a built in pillow at all. Don’t count on this being all you need, you will need to use rolled up clothes, or an inflatable camping pillow or your own bed pillow.It’s noisy and a slick/slippery (noisy) material, may end up sliding off it with sleeping bag, and it’s too thick to put into a mummy bag, so comes down to comfort over function (hopefully!)The reviews saying it leaks etc are likely because the exhaust valves are plastic, and have to be seated good or they will leak. If it isn’t flush it isn’t seated, and it’s hard to get it in place good.I will update once it’s tested in field.

So I wanted to compare this against my existing sleeping pad which has ridge/groove design to save material and has been good, but not great. This pad does not have structural ridges/grooves, so it is significantly thicker than my existing mattress once inflated. Of course it is also heavier and bulkier when packed down - but not by much, so the trade-off seems worthwhile. The integrated foot pump also has much more structure to it (since it's taller), so it takes less time to inflate, which is also quite nice. The pillow part is more subtle as well, which should be better for my neck.So all in all, I'm happy with this, and will look to make it my primary pad for next season's front-country and backcountry adventures. While it lacks on lightweight performance, it makes up with comfort, I think at least. The z's will be the real test!

At 35 dollars, this is very well priced compared to similar products. The integrated pump is easy to use and quickly inflates. The carrying bag makes this easy to handle and store safely. I would recommend not inflating these too full for sleeping to improve comfort, and this width certainly prioritizes portability over comfort, so some may not sleep well on a narrow mattress like this. I have found these to be good for tent camping and great for emergency use as an extra air mattress.My only concern with these products is if they have micro leaks that are not immediately obvious. So before you need to rely on this, make sure to test it out by sleeping on it or placing something heavy on it overnight to verify if it will hold up air over time. I have had one of these leak on me when it was new and it would deflate by the middle of the night making it unusable.

The pad is easy to inflate with the included pump, once you figgure out the trick - the hole needs to be covered well by your foot, or even your hand when compressing it. you need to 'seal' the hole while compressing the sponge inside. one you've pressed it down, you need to unseal the hole to let the air back into the sponge for the next compression. You can alternate doing this, blowing into the hole.. or if you have a pump that fits the hole that should also work. The pad is difficult to fill up once it gets 'almost full'. I have to say, while it is better than nothing, if you're heavier you might want to look for a thicker pad.. I found my hips were on the ground and not well supported, but I'm 278 Lbs. Still, better than nothing. The built in Pillow is a bit small for me as well, but also much better than just stuffing your clothes in a bag. The kit comes with two patches, and it is easy to pack back up in its sack when you're done with it. It is a bit on the heavier side. The material seems sturdy and it is quilted into several bladders as reinforcement.

This made lounging on the lounge chairs at our resort a really pleasant experience. While some people were having trouble inflating or blowing up theirs, all I had to do was use my foot pump, and I was finished. Also wonderful for use on the sand at the beach. The process takes just a few seconds to complete. Others who needed to manually inflate were required to keep them inflated and roam about the resort or store in their rooms while they were inflated so that they would not have to blow them up every day. I also used it as a mattress topper to provide some more padding to the one in the hotel room. In addition to this, it is easier to transport than conventional, more affordable plastic inflatables. I am looking forward to putting it to use on the lounger that I have beside the pool this summer.

Honestly, I was pretty impressed with this OPL5 Camping Sleeping Pad. It comes with a built-in pump so you don't need to carry around a separate tool to inflate it with air. The instruction said to stomp on the pumping area with your foot, but I found it easier and faster to do it with your hands (in the same movement as doing CPR). It took less than 5 minutes for it to be fully inflated. The material of the pad is durable and seemed to retain its shape after one night of use.As someone who is 180cm tall (75kg), laying on this mattress was not a terrible feeling; it feels like you're sleeping on a pad that is thicker than it actually looks. While lying sideways, my hips did not touch the floor, so I was really happy about that. I also liked that it is designed with attachments on the side to be able to clip it to another identical sleeping pad to turn this into a double-sized pad.Overall, I'm really happy with this product and will be keeping this for when guests come to sleep over.
