I love these painting/ art mixed media journals. Bought a few. Had a delivery mistake but that’s not the selletrs fault. It took three phone calls but Amazon eventually fixed it. I do wish Amazon made the process for making an in person contact with them much more straightforward. I find myself looping from frequently asked questions etc. but back to the paint journal. Quality cover and paper. Grey pages my favorite. Terrific multi media paper as it is meant for. Great price when on sale, graduate type are very nice papers for such reasonable prices.

Paper quality isn't that great for paint markers or blending markers. Wrinkles up after a few layers of marker and leaves behind balled up paper residue. Would not recommend for anything other than pencil. Super bummed as all the reviews state it's great for paint markers..

The pages and cover were a bit warped on arrival. It’s fine for my purposes but wouldn’t work well as a gift, or in a situation where having a perfectly flat book would be important. It came in a padded envelope, so I’m not sure if the issue happened in transit or if it was like that when it was in the warehouse.The paper is a nice thickness and seems to be of good quality. The cover has a super smooth matte finish that I find really pleasing to the touch.I look forward to filling this up with drawings.
