The smooth finish and lack of texture allows for clean blends and limited bleeding even after many passes with alcohol markers. The paper is easily removed from the pad as well which allows for easier tracing if wanting to transfer an image to color on good paper. I have already picked up a couple of these and it's now my new go to for marker paper when using Stylefiles, Copic or Ohuhu markers. The Molotow and other paint markers are also good on it but theres a limit to the amount of passes however that's par for the course with water based medium like that.

Missing pages not 25 pieces - first page have mouldy marks can’t even use for my drawing assignments - the whole pad came out of the base board and cover.

This is a very good paper for markers. There are better ones out their but for half or double the price of this economic but very useful Bristol Series pad.

I live the thickness of that paper because the other brand of Bristol paper are super thin.The only con is that, it’s supposed to be bright white and it’s more off white.But it’s perfection for markers and portraits!

It works well with light wash and markers. It's thick enough for inks and markers but obviously not for heavy washes of watercolour. When I first ordered it the bottom corner was bent and one side had a dent in it. Amazon was really quick in replacing this item which I was thankful for since I needed it for a project.
