Not as tough as I would’ve liked, but good quality materials and a nice choice if you want a care beater to use to clip on to carrying cases and items

The spring loaded latch also has a little hook cutout so the open end of the latch can line up straight and grab the pin on the opposite side of the hinge. So these will stay shut under some strain. I wanted them for a cargo net on my truck and with the wide size, they work perfectly to help clip down the netting. I can see them being very functional for dozens of uses. They are aluminium, so don't use them to climb with or tow your car out of the ditch. Consider them light-duty but at $1.50 each, they are a great value.

Pros:- Decent build quality- Lightweight designCons:- Some clips do not close well because of misalignmentThe Jippedea 3” Carabiner Clip (10 Pcs) is of decent build quality. It is larger but thinner than expected. It is lightweight, which I like. I use it to hang very light items. However, some clips have misalignment issues and sometimes do not close well. I needed to help them a little with my finger. To be fair, some aligned very well and closed well 100% of the time.
