I don't know why similar brushes cost twice as much and are made much flimsier at the store. I don't need anything fancy that opens and closes magically, or disposes of brush heads and adds to the waste in the world. I just wanted a black toilet brush that hides behind my toilet next to the plunger. It has vent holes to dry out the water/bleach mix after cleaning and rinsing. It has a lid that is a "splash guard" that is nothing more than a dust shield. Plastic is heavier and the brush is sturdy. Takes less than 30 seconds to scrub and didn't cost me $20 for something that will break next week.

This toilet bowl brush is a no-nonsense option when it comes to cleaning! What I dig most is the whole shebang being contained...everything that comes into contact with the toilet water (brush and lower half of the handle) are covered up. As a mom of little ones, I really like this as it only takes a second for little curious hands to grab things and get germs all over their hands. The splash guard? A game-changer for me...no accidental messes or splash back while cleaning. Plus, the bristles get the job done without scratching the porcelain. It's a solid, no-frills choice for keeping things clean and tidy. If you're after a toilet brush that's effective, contained, and doesn't clash with your bathroom decor, this one's a winner.

This is a solid build toilet bowl brush. The canister storage that comes in black matching the brush color makes the brush look a bit elegant in the toilet. The brush itself is of good quality, easily remove stains on the toilet bowl and it's also easy to clean as well by just rinsing it with water.

This toilet brush is great- has plenty of stiff bristles to clean effectively and a handle cover to keep your hand from getting wet. I really like that it has a holder that it goes into and you can't see it in your daily living. It only has to be seen when needed. It isn't expensive so I am buying another one for my other bathroom now. You will not be disappointed in this one.

This is a pretty standard toilet brush. I was looking for something to replace my silicone toilet brush and this one cleans way more effectively. Here are my notes:Pros:- Bristles can reach under the lip of the toilet bowl- The holder is closed and the brush and rod are covered when not in use- Ventilation holes allow the brush to dry between uses- Handle guard so you don't get splashed- Made of recycled plasticCons:- The holder is not a circular cylinder and the top opens at a slant, so it's like doing a puzzle when you put the brush back. I would have preferred a regular cylindrical holder with a flat top.- You have to watch the ventilation holes if you're pouring water outI think the pros mostly outweigh the cons, so I rate this a 4/5.
