Do not buy! They advertise that the letter M has been “upgraded” and that the letter will no longer turn upside down to be a w. This is a lie. You can’t return, request a replacement, or get a refund. Don’t waste your money on this!

I ordered necklaces for my granddaughters. Two were for one initial each. The initials would not stay right side up, they twisted around on the chain, even when the necklace was put on. The third necklace was for a granddaughter with a double name. One initial was larger than the other, so it did not look right. Contacted the company, they wanted pictures, sent pictures, then they wanted measurements of the initials. I do not have a millimeter ruler. So I guess I will eat the price of these necklaces and donate them to Goodwill. Maybe someone will like these necklaces. Not worth the money I paid.
