This item is closer to 48 inches rather than the 59 advertised. It is a very soft material that collapses easily under any weight. Not recommended for anyone over 5ft5 150lb.

The description says jersey cotton but there’s no way this is cotton. Feels like polyester.

Je viens de le recevoir. Arrivé super bien emballé sous vide, et s'est gonflé dès que j'ai ouvert le sac. Faut attendre 72 heures avant de l'utiliser, donc, j'ai hâte de l'essayer

I don't usually write reviews before I've really tried the product, but right out of the box, I am so far disappointed. I specifically chose this pillow over others for the price and length.The length is listed as 59 inches. I measured the pillow I recieved, and it is 48 inches in length. Granted, it hasn't had the full amount of time to puff up, but I'm incredibly skeptical that it'll expand another 11 inches. There is simply not enough 'slack' in the fabric to allow it to expand to 59 inches that was listed.The stitching on both the pillow and cover are not the best. It's especially weak near the zippers. The stitching on the pillow itself is a straight stitch as opposed to a serge stitch. Given the thin nature of the polyester, I can't see it lasting very long. The cover seems decently made, so that'll help.With the cheap polyester and amount of fill, the pillow feels like those $5 throw pillows you get at Ikea. The cover is noticeably better quality, so there's hope for this pillow yet. With a bit of DIYing, I can probably make it work for my needs.

Comfortable and works great as a pregnancy pillow, however I do not find that it has the “chilling” aspect as advertised.
