The lapel pin I received featured the Canadian Coat of Arms which was offset to one side rather than being centered as it should have been. Check the advertised product picture. As a result, I requested a return address label and a refund for the defective item.I was later contacted by the seller who offered a partial refund (50%) and that I could keep the item without having to return it for remibursement.If I still wanted to return it, I woud have to send it to their USA warehouse, and on receipt, they would would send me a refund.However, I was expected to pay the return shipping fee, with the possiblity of having to pay a 25% restocking fee for what was actually a defective product. It was certainly not time or cost effective for me nor anyone else and I simply sent a message back that there was simply no point in returning it. I did not receive the 50% refund that was offered.

This is a very elegant, detailed pin featuring Canada’s coat of arms, 1994 version. I wanted to get one in the off chance that the government changes the design (which I hope they don’t).
