These are better quality than I expected! They actually 'snap' together (vs others where I've had to wrestle / force them together). Nice, smooth finish - just waiting to be painted. (can't comment on the paint as I haven't used it yet)

Ordered these for my daughter who is 4 and she LOVES them. It keeps her busy and she’s made a house for her grandparents and friends. They are very easy to assemble with the help of a parent if child is 4 or 5 but I’m sure older could assemble it easily. Comes with a lot of paint and brushes. Overall a very cute, sturdy and quality kit for kids.

All the pieces are good quality and fit snugly so the bird houses hold together well even though the parts are pressed together. We assembled two of them, painted them, and hung them outside and they are holding up well. It was a gift for our granddaughter to do with us and she loves it. It is great to have six different designs so we can go back and make another whenever she gets inspired to do it again.
