Thought it was good at the start. Used it on the dryer chair in the salon for clients. Only lasted 4 months. Waste of money!It was being used 2 to 3 times a day, so it definetly was not being over used.

The product has options for massage and heat with an automatic shut off. While they do work it’s not as intense or hot as I would like. It’s a decent size and fits nicely on the couch and on my office chair. Definitely works better on a chair though! If in a shared space it can be a little loud so keep that in mind as well.

DO NOT BUY THIS.I would give it ZERO star if that was an option.Within 3 months, there were rounded metal pieces poking out from the lumbar area where you are supposed to get support. I contacted the manufacturer to see if they would honour the one year warranty as I had missed the return window. Reason why I missed that? It was comfortable the first 70 days. Unfortunately, it was only around the 75th day the metal pieces started poking out.They would. Unfortunately, I would also have to pay for shipping to ship the lumbar support back to them to prove that it was defective in order to get a replacement. I'm not doing that as it costs a lot for shipping.DO NOT BUY THIS.

This is by far the best product I have tried from Comfier... certainly lives up to the namesake. Material is super soft and silky, great quality too, I have only been using the item for a few days, so perhaps I jump the gun in respects to longevity, but I do have another product from the same company, and it has held up excellently for months on end.I was previously using the red pillow you see in the second picture, and it had been slipping and sliding on me. With this, it's a really compact unit, but provides the lower back support you need, ensuring correct posture. Multiple vibration modes, and 2 heat levels, and 2 different intensities. Just make sure to unplug after usage.This is a super nifty product, especially for someone who sits of extended periods and is looking for posture correction.Man, this is really really comfortable!!! Super suggest!

I absolutely love how this cushion fits perfectly on my office chair. The vibration function and, especially, the heat really help relieve my back pain. The memory foam feels super comfy, and it doesn’t slide around like other ergonomic cushions, which is a huge bonus! It also helps me maintain better posture and reduces the tension I used to feel after sitting for long hours. Definitely a must-have for anyone who spends a lot of time sitting!

The shape is a great design for support and comfort. The material is super soft and plush. The whole thing is quite small and will fit anywhere without constraint. Weighs like nothing. Heat is immediate and intense with two levels. The vibration is nice and has three modes. Great addition for any chair
