所属する吹奏楽団で、練習の記録を撮影するために購入、iPhoneに繋いで撮影しています。従来はICレコーダーの音声とiPhoneの映像を編集ソフトで同期させていましたが、直接接続してカメラアプリでビデオ撮影するだけで高音質+4Kの動画が撮れます。マイクセッティングは90度で入力レベルの調整だけでごく簡単です。マイクのバッテリーは3時間の録音でもほとんど減らないのでiPhoneの方だけケアしておけば大丈夫です。耐久性は未知数ですが、コンデンサーマイクだけに取り扱いは慎重に（立派なケースが付属してます。嵩張りますが…）。

初マイク　比較は不明大きさは少し大きめな気がしますが、集中して音をひろいすごいです。マイクの方向以外の雑音は拾わないので満足してます。

The COMICA Traxshot is by all my experience the definitive mic for a vlogger and traveling DSLR/Mirrorless user. The amount of range it has both literally and sonically is fantastic and the ease-of-use is by far the most attractive quality. While the price feels steeper coming from an audio-producer role, I can definitely recommend this microphone to countless indie setups that need good scratch audio or on-the-scene foley audio - It may also be the perfect solution for conventions and music festivals where sounds are everywhere and you don't want to miss a thing.The features on the Traxshot are fantastic and varied. I found myself primarily using the 30 degree mode to capture voiceovers, as a guitar player reviewing gear and often going between talking and playing, and the directness is very impressive. The sound quality is impressive with a pretty low noise-floor, as one would expect from shotgun microphones, and arguably my best tool for filming without setting up my actual studio microphones. I found the controls handy, yet simple, and the other microphone modes were appealing in the right context. The 90 degree mode feels best for capturing wide-speaking scenarios, wider instrumentations (should it be a live event), and ambience of locations. The mono-mode, naturally, works perfect for doing vlogging and solely focusing on a speaker though I would say the front-and-rear mode is the least useful (since a camera tends to point at one person during an interview anyway.. This would work exceptionally well for recording a narrator's scratch audio however, but was not necessary for me.In terms of build quality, I can tell that the COMICA will last a good lifecycle with me. Having used the COMICA Lavalier Microphones with great track record, it can take a beating and the entire product comes off as clean, professional, and fairly durable. For the price you pay, I get a lot of confidence in the quality from my brief usage as a pretty clumsy filmer. The screen, while small, is extremely easy to read in the dark and lets you know when your COMICA is turned on and ready to capture. I used it with my Sony A7SIII, which doesn't necessarily have a great onboard microphone or audio system, and I was capturing solid audio in no time. Charging the microphone is easy thanks to it being a USB-C port and the battery life is pretty awesome for my usage. My only critique is a lack of a LED to indicate if the microphone is turned on.. As a self-shooter, I can sometimes forget if I've switched it on.All in all, getting a COMICA Traxshot mic ends a lot of issues I've had. Not wanting to setup Lavalier microphones for quick shoots, needing better stereo recordings for vlogs, wanting to film proper audio from big sets at music conventions and festivals to mix with the board, and even doing small indie work and skits and getting perfectly synced usable audio all out of your camera system. While audio equipment, designed for film, can be a bit pricey I can definitely see the merit once I get recording. Recommended for Youtubers, traveling musician-filmers, and indie filmers looking for fast recording solutions.

Bought this mic hoping it could cover a wide rage of my filmmaking needs. Wow it's awesome, I'm able to use 4 modes, shotgun, 30 stereo, 90 stereo and split mono on L and R channels. Overall the mic performs well, has a slight white noise in the background but nothing crazy. I use software so it's easy to clean up. Comes with all the jacks you need for smart phone to regular 3.5mm camera jacks. The case is nice, keeps your mic nice and safe. ON my Lumix GH5S the mic in shotgun mode does no come into the lens view which is good compared to my large shotgun mics. Overall I'm happy with my purchase.
