They feature 48 Double Sided Picture Word Communication Cards, clear and intuitive picture cards depicting common needs, activities, and concepts to facilitate non-verbal communication, high-quality plastic, compact, portable lightweight, wearable with lanyard, metal ring, washable, tear, resistant and wipeable.We have a neurodivergent child who is nonverbal and needs assistance communicating. We are always looking for tools to facilitate their needs. These picture word communication cards are a little advanced but will be an important next step as they grow until they ready for fully written cards.These cards simple, straightforward and well crafted. They communicate in bright, colourful graphics and simple, clear and concise language.The laminated plastic cards are washable and are really durable which is extremely important. The lanyard is very helpful for wearing these cards.This set is great value for money and I recommend this product.

This pack of communication cards come with an impressive amount of cards. It covers many different interactions that are the basis for every day communications. I use these with my child, who is on the spectrum and has difficulty expressing themself. The images are very crisp and are simple enough for a child or senior to understand, but detailed enough for the caregiver to get a better grasp of their needs. The cards feel like they are made of thin plastic, which holds up better than cardboard and are easier to wash off. (My kid got chocolate on them and they wiped away cleanly without fuss)It's a great set of communication cards. Far more detailed and complete than many of the sets we've been given by specialists. I would definitely recommend these for children who can't/don't speak. But I'd also recommend them for seniors who cannot speak as well. These cards contain so many options that I couldn't list them all here. I recommend this one as well as the emotions card set offered by the same company. Pairing them together really gives the child a plethora of ways to express themselves and understand the meanings behind the words they use/hear. The visual aids are really effective.
