These are preferred over butt connectors. Wire to wire connection and only 1 crimp required.

Does the job much better than those red butt connectors for vehicle radio installs.

Used for new head unit install. Nice and easy, without have to solder any connections. Just put the wires together and twist, then crimp it down in the middle. So far no issues with connections.
