Good piece of leather. The mat is as describe and the perfect size for any workstation desk. The leather was a bit dry on arrival, nothing too crazy but really came to life when I added some honey leather conditioner on it. Picture attached. Scratches easily but that’s expected with this type of leather. It’s super soft and works well as a mouse pad. Even when gaming. My only complaint is the company logo is print on the corner. My preference is to have a tag in the corner underneath.

Its a nice thick piece of good leather but mine arrived pretty scratched up and the dye isnt even REMOTELY set in. Im going to have to go over it with saddle soap a few times so my arms dont get stained.When i say 'scratched up' i just mean bc the dye is not set any contact the surface makes with any object leaves 'drag' marks and my pad was covered in them so it almost looked used but i think its just that the dye isnt set. As the leather gets patina'd they will fade/stop happening.Its a nice leather pad with straight cuts but its a lot more of a make-work project then i thought it was going to be. Shoulda just got some leather and cut one out myself like i initially planned. Easier than trying to remove excess dye.

Le tapis est confortable. La souris ne glisse autant que sur du synthétique mais c'est probablement normal. Ce qui l'est moins c'est que le tapis marque énormément, tout ce que vous poserez ou déplacerez sur le tapis laissera une trace. J'ai eu la très mauvaise idée de poser ma tasse et j'ai maintenant un rond indélébile. Ma priorité étant le confort d'utilisation j'apprécie ce tapis mais ce n'est pas normal qu'il soit si fragile. Il sera probablement de venu très moche, plein de griffures, dans quelques semaines. Comme pour les autres acheteurs, la teinture ne tient pas. J'ai donc graissé le tapis avec de la graisse pour chaussures afin de créer un film isolant et c'est plutôt efficace pour le moment. Bref, il est moins cher qu'ailleurs et on sait pourquoi.

Genuine leather. Smooth and blemish free. However, finish is very delicate as it is easily marred. It arrived with several scratches and scuff marks. Not sure if it can be polished out with leather protector.

Mine arrived well wrapped, secured, and boxed by Amazon. I was surprised to see it was edge stitched, but it adds a nice touch. The leather had three marks (as stated, it was possible as it is a natural product). Neutral shoe polish (designed for leather) was applied via my finger and buffed. You would never know it had arrived with marks. It looks perfect.

Love the look and feel of it, but it does not lay flat. It’s like the top is a different size than the bottom, causing it to ripple.

I’m very disappointed. As soon as i unpacked it, my fingers left smudges and streaks. The dye appears to not be set. I can write on it by barely touching it with my fingers. It tried to wipe it clean with a clean rag and the dye seems to transfer on the rag.It’s useless to me as a deskpad but it might work over a workbench if i had one. It is thick though and stays in place on the desk.

Comes with a little bit of a smell, but that's to be expected and will fade. Has a little engraving "Contact's Family", but whatever. Feels really nice, has good stitching on the edge, can't complain!
