Such a good value for a vacuum that is just as good as any other. If there's anything I can complain about, it's that the battery dies pretty quickly. And if you hope to stick the mount to your wall, make sure the vacuum is on the floor - we tried raising it above a couple inches and the mount ripped off the wall. Welp.

Et même si charger depuis 24 heures dès que j'allume l'aspirateur le niveau de batterie est inscrit a 0%J'ai acheté en décembre . Au début je l'aimais bien . Parcontre la batterie ne dure pas longtemps . Juste assez pour passer dans la cuisine , salle de bain et entrée . Je m'en sers un peu comme un balais entre la grosse balayeuse. N'aspire pas les petites roches.

Love it. Only downfall is the battery goes down quickly (but it has never died mid job) and takes a long time to charge. But it’s a neat little rig, lightweight and it does exactly what I wanted it for. Got it for a good deal so overall, I’m happy with the purchase.

Update* amazing customer service! They immediately rectified the situation and sent me a beautiful robo vacuum as a replacement! 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all around! Would definitely purchase from them again!This vacuum was perfect the first 5-6 times of use. I went to use it the other day and it was fully charged, it started to power off every time I powered ON. It was so strange. And then the percentage appeared and said 0%. So I left it charging for a full 24 hours and the same thing keeps happening. I power on and it powers off saying 0% battery charge. I don’t know what to do. Im extremely extremely disappointed and confused by this. After a few uses, when I use it and fully charged the power comes down halfway and the dirt comes out at the bottom

Pros:- Light!! I wasn't sure if what I saw in other reviews was legitimate or not... but have no fear! Light is definitely here! Honestly, this should be standard on EVERY vacuum. It was a real game-changer, especially since I do so much cleaning in the evenings or late at night- Quiet! Holy smokes~ I'm not saying it makes NO noise, but compared to the vacuum it was replacing, my neighbors would think I never vacuumed my place anymore.- Lightweight.- Freestanding! Yes. It actually DOES STAY UPRIGHT so you can walk off and do something else or pick up a random thing on the floor and come back to it afterwards without leaning it up against a table or wall.- Dismantlable? What I mean is, I like to keep it in a carrying case, out of the way. So the fact that I can just, snap, snap, snap, DONE! and it's all detached or put back together again is FABULOUS.(By the way, I found the "Buwico Double Layer Storage Bag Carrying Case Organizer Bag for Dyson V7 Mattress / V7 Trigger + Handheld Vacuum Cleaner and Accessories". Since I've never had a cordless before I don't have anything to compare it to, but I think the battery life is decent considering I'm using it to clean my whole house and not just a room or two. I think I had to recharge it 3 times to get the entire place done (3bd, living room/dining, kitchen, den), which didn't really bother me. I just did some other cleaning while I waited. If your place is about the same size, then just expect to charge it a couple times to get the job done. Otherwise, if it's just for a single room or a couple bedrooms, one charge should be more than sufficient.- Accessories ARE included! I know most vacs have accessories as well, but not at this price range. I know I got it during a special so I paid a HECK OF A LOT LESS, but still. I'm a happy camper. :)- Strong suction! Pretty self-explanatory, but yeah, it picks things up exceptionally well for a vac in this price range.- And lastly, the Price! You can't beat the price. Rather than going with more expensive vacs, this one will get the job done with all the bells and whistles and none of the hassle. But definitely, wait until a sale is going on or something so you can maximize your bang for your buck. You won't regret it!Cons:- Battery Life. So... I know I also had this under the pro, but hear me out. If you plan on using this for a long period of time in one go, then you might want to pace yourself and turn it off frequently to save on battery life. That's all I'm saying.- Charging Time. Once again, I've never had a cordless before, so I don't know what's the typical charging time for these sort of vacs, but I did feel like it was taking forever to charge between gos. And since I *did* have to recharge it a couple times in one cleaning session, it felt a little self-defeating. But maybe I'm still just used to the limitless corded power of a cordless vac, so that's why. Either way, I figured to mention it for those wondering.- ...the Light. Okay, okay! I know this one was ALSO in the Pros, but hear me out again! Though I LOVE the light, I *do* wish there was a way to shut it off when I DON'T need it, because I feel like that's contributing quite a bit to the battery drain. Heck, maybe there is a way and I just haven't found it yet, but so far the light's always been on, even when I don't necessarily need it.- Lastly, it's a *little* top heavy. So... if you have it standing with the neck fully extended, it WILL STAND, but be careful because it'll topple over with the slightest nudge. To circumvent that, anytime you want to free-stand the thing, just retract the neck all the way down and you're good to go. It's center of gravity is much more stable so it is less likely to fall.FINAL NOTE:Not really a CON per se, but this little vac fills up FAST! OR rather, it does an excellent job getting up all the dust and dander and debris, but if you have a large space, you'll be emptying it out at least twice in one cleaning session.

Worked great for about 3 months then stopped working. The brush doesn’t spin and the light doesn’t turn on. It still has suction but needs to be on full power and I’d have to vacuum my home on my hands and knees without the functioning roller attachment. Don’t buy it.

This vacuum is my second one by PRETTYCARELIFE, and both of them have been very easy to use, light and easy to tuck away. No complaints, easiest vacuum I have ever used, that actually does the job. We live rural and it really does pick up the dirt and dust.We had issues with a piece on our first vacuum and contacted them, and were offered a replacement right away. The second one doesn't bend with a touch (a good feature on the first one), but it does seem a bit more powerful with the second setting, and I can adjust the length of the wand. So I am very satisfied.

The moment I received this vacuum, I put it to use. It already had a 55% charge on it, so I figured why not give it a go! It lastest for a good solid 20 minutes or so. I have a furry friend (a fluffy kitty) that sheds and I was so grateful that this vacuum had the BEST BRUSH to pick up her hair and that it was so gentle on my nearly 90 year old ORIGINAL hard wood floors. I have 4 floors to my home (basement, first floor, second floor, and attic) and each floor has its own unique flooring; carpet, cement, tile, wood, and laminate. This vacuum does the job for all 5 types. It's extremely lightweight, powerful, and versatile plus it's SO QUIET! I especially love the attachments for my 3 flights of stairs. It's charging meow (kitty lingo here, lol!) and I am looking forward to giving it a full charge run. Oh...and the light on the front is beyond amazing! I have no clue how I lived without this "Cleaning Luxury". I did get in contact with their customer service to ask about their warranty and have to say that they are pretty EXCEPTIONAL! Fast response and super friendly service!:-) I highly recommend this vacuum and hope that this review was helpful.
