I saw nothing to complain about I have had many aloe's before and read a lot of reviews and learned ta sort real or not. The plants came 2 days early. If ya get some watch for them, they are not insulated. It's 40 here and I left in box 1 hr to slowly get to 70. They are packed well to keep together and upright. 1 plant was 6-7"tall and other 7-8. Branches were full and plump. Some soil fell out of both unwrapping and saw plenty of roots. Only thing not so good but no bigy. There potting soil was the kind that floats. I have used it on other things. I got a big bag of blk top soil dirt and put on top. When waterd it works down into floating and will pack and stay. Good about aloe. I have been stung by bee's and wasp. Once it swelled and couldn't see stinger. Aloe from plant bout it down where we could pull stinger out. I was burned very bad with blisters and pus. Internet said aloe from plant and honey were only thing to heal chemical burn. Had both fine in 2 days. Oh ya twice a day. I used aloe in morning and put sock on and honey at night not covered. Also I didn't repot. When it grows some more will repot. Roots like to be crowded. This is a good deal.
