Some pieces were already coming apart (pressed cardboard) when we removed them from the box. And some pieces not properly cut. Love the designs to choose from--but not happy with the quality.

We enjoyed this puzzle! Be warned, however, that the dark areas, all black, are challenging. Good quality puzzle that you won't complete in a couple hours!

Hubby and I sat down and did this one over a series of days at our dining-room table. We were beginning to get a little frazzled by the time we got down to the last 50-70 pieces of the puzzle -- all the yellow background ones -- because they all started looking the same and we were a little punch-drunk by then. But the subject matter was amusing and the puzzle generally was challenging and entertaining. The image quality was great; colors were bright, all the pieces were there, and they were sturdy. ONE thing that would have made this better would have been to have a full-sized poster of the puzzle included, because we spent half of our time squinting at the small image on the box, trying to figure out placement of some of the pieces. That being said, we enjoyed this one so much that we just bought another Cross & Glory puzzle (Henry and the Herd). Will let you know how that goes.

The puzzle was well cut with no partially attached pieces, and was completely dust free. I agree with others that the pieces are very thin although they proved to be very rugged, nice to handle and fitted together perfectly. I personally would have preferred a matt finish as the difficult dark areas were made harder with the shiny finish. However it's a great image with nice detail, although the low res image on the box does't reflect the nice puzzle quality.

Beautiful picture, quality material, pieces that fit tightly so that you can lift them once assembled, poster to help. Bought several puzzles from Cross & Glory ands will do so, and recommend them to puzzles addicts. Only wish for the poster to be a bit larger, around letter size, to be conveniently effective and practical to handle.

Wow! This was a pleasure to put together and the final product turned out to be a beautiful picture. The pieces were thin but fit together perfectly, there was very little puzzle dust in the box and there were no pieces with defects. It turns out that there were 2 missing pieces and after reaching out to Cross & Glory those pieces showed up in my mail box today! Couldn't be happier with both the puzzle and with the excellent customer service!! Would give more stars if I could!!

The quality of this puzzle was excellent. Pieces either fit or did not, no guessing. The picture is high resolution and different from the usual puzzle subject matter. I'll definitely be buying more from this maker.
