I am very disappointed in the quality of these puzzles. The way the pieces were cut, very few of them actually lay flat. Because of this, once they are assembled they don’t stay together well.I bought 4 puzzles from this company, but after working on the first one, I am returning the others.

UPDATE!!! Thank you Crowm, for correcting the issue with the missing piece, I really enjoyed doing this puzzle for a second time. You stand behind your product and that’s awesome. Thank you again, this is a puzzle I will do over and over.I enjoyed this puzzle I love the vibrant colours and tropical feel BUT there is nothing worse than coming to the end and finding out you have a piece missing, and what you’ve worked hard on will never be truly complete! So frustrating!

Ordered this because I love all the colors and beautiful pictures and composition. Plus I love it when these puzzles come with an enlarged insert photos of the puzzle. Makes it alot easier than looking at the picture on the tiny box.

This is my first puzzle from this brand and for the price, I think there are better options available. The puzzle includes a large poster to help with assembly but it is, in my opinion, too large to be useful unless you plan to assemble the puzzle on top of it. The pieces are fairly uniform in shape and size, if not a little small, and there was little puzzle dust in the box. All of the pieces were cut apart and separated in the box. Upon putting the pieces together, they don’t fit together tightly. This leads to issues when moving small completed sections around and potential questions as to whether two pieces actually fit together in sections of the sky. The finish on the puzzle pieces is a little odd as it has a sheen that looks like a small grid from the side. It doesn’t impact the picture when looking at it directly but you can get quite a glare if using a bright lamp.
