I’ve used this socket multiple times a day for the past year and half to two years working on BMW’s. The oil filter canister on a b58 requires a 32mm socket and the fit and finish on this product is great but it’s important to know that eventually the 3/8 square end opens up and will drop the socket almost every time after multiple uses daily. The socket will not even stay on my snap on locking extension…every other socket I own sticks to that locking extension like glue. I wouldn’t recommend this product for techs who are using this multiple times a day for their careers because it is extremely annoying dropping the socket and retrieving it from the bowls of the engine bay on almost every b58 oil change now. I ordered the LISLE kit and I’m going to see how that holds up over time.
