Your cart is empty.Designed to fit the slotted adjusting screw on tapered king pins found on most Mack front axles (12, 000lbs, 16, 000lbs, 18, 000lbs & 20, 000lbs). This new cross design of king pin caps are designed to reduce the camming or walking action caused by other methods. Use with a 1/2" square drive ratchet or breaker bar to safely remove the pin.

These kingpins need a lot of torque. 1/2" drive wrenches are too weak; they break too easily.Should be 3/4" or 1" drive

after breaking a 50 year old large draglink socket to get it half way out because of bad threads. got socket next day and worked great with a 3/4 long ratchet with adapter. great socket
