Purchased this case for the office. It keeps the label maker and all the extra refills together in one place. Very convenient when you have multiple users to have everything organized in one place.

While this case does hold my Brother P-Touch printer label maker and label tapes, it is a fully soft-sided bag with little in the way of internal structure. In my situation the case arrived pretty mashed up (not damaged, just crushed). Maybe in time the bag will regain some shape but right now...A foam insert would have helped keep the shape.

My P-Touch label printer fits in this case like a glove.The case panels and sides are not just lined, they are actually thickly padded.With the padded divider and hold down strap, printer and spare TZ tapes are secured and handy,The pockets have oodles of room for adapter, USB cable, plus another 1/2 dozen TZ tapes.This is a really well made, and well thought out case. I like it 😊

I am VERY happy with the addition of this to my gear. I often bring my old, yellowed Brother PT-1290 to clients who don't have a label maker, especially when there are unknown additional label making tasks for already in-place IT equipment. This bag keeps it nicely separated from other tools in my traveling kit. [ Yes, I need to replace the PT-1290 with something a bit more modern and capable (i.e. Bluetooth, data storage), but most labels are made in the office (and even APPLIED to new equipment which will be delivered and installed) before visiting the clients, so it's really just for incidental and/or forgotten labels. ]The material and sewing of this bag is very good and it is capacious. It easily holds the label printer, MANY extra tape cartridges and the plug-in power supply I bring with me in case the batteries suddenly run out!The photos show just one extra tape, but the bag can EASILY accommodate at least 12 more 1/2" TZe tapes: depending on cartridge orientation, 6 in the external pocket, 4 in the internal (window) pocket and 2 at the side of the printer, presuming that's where I also place the power adapter. If I put the adapter on top of the printer (for which there is room), I could actually probably bring along 16 tapes [plus one in the chamber(!) ;-) ] Even 12 would be fairly extreme as I generally only use 4 label types and do not typically print "miles" of label at a client's.You will fit FEWER cartridges if they contain wider tape and (perhaps many) MORE if they are for a printer which accommodates bare rolls!I would like to note that my much newer PT-1900 Brother label maker ALSO fits in this bag, but the divider must be removed and the printer placed sideways. It takes up the whole bag, but the pockets will still hold as many label cartridges.The bag also has ample padding for what will generally hold lightweight contents. If you look at the photos very carefully, you will see there are still some untrimmed threads, which is typical of sewn items. They were very easy to remove.I *do* feel like this should only cost around $15 - $20 to make it an EXCEPTIONAL value, but there may not be adequate demand for a lot of purpose-specific designed bags in this market segment to allow for lots of volume and competition to aid in the reduction of cost. Therefore at the current price I deem it a good value.
