This arrived yesterday and worked well. This morning it didn't work at all. Nothing I've done or my daughter's done has gotten it to work. Just displays a "no". It didn't even last 24 hours! Don't buy this junk

I was looking for a radio/CD player for my mom but most were expensive and had small buttons and/or little remote controls. I needed something simple that my mother with poor vision could use. This one is great! I did put my own labels on the “play” “stop” “rewind” and “fast forward” buttons so she could see them better. The volume and tuning dials work great for her. The only drawback to the buttons is where the “cd” “off” “am” and “fm” slide button is. It would have been much easier to have “off” at one end or the other. The sound isn’t fantastic for music, but my mom just listens to books on CD’s or to the radio anyway. Thank you for making something simple for a great price! This would be great for kids also!

Bought this as a gift for my daughter to play cd’s. It suddenly stopped reading and doesn’t play cd’s at all anymore. This was after light use and no damage.

UPDATE: Purchased November 2021, stopped worked May 2022. Was great while it lasted but not worth the price for only a few months.Has great sound. I am very happy with this purchase. I listen to audio books and the volume works so that I can hear it throughout the house. Great value for the price.

I was on the hunt for a good cd player because I recently had bought a few cds and needed a cd player of some sort asap. I browsed through amazon for a long time until i found this one and instantly fell in love, however some of the reviews had me scared. I decided to buy it and when it came it was in perfect condition, the colour was the exact same, it came with instructions and plug. It obviously has the slight echoing sound so if you're not a fan of that then I recommend going with newer cd players, however if you're into the traditional radio/cd player look I highly recommend!!

CD portion didn’t work correctly unless we tipped the whole thing 90° forward and very gently set it on the table and nobody so much as breathed on it. My son has the same one in teal and my daughter wanted the pink ones to match his, and there weren’t any others available to order a new one at the time so I decided to keep it since I’m handy and Was familiar with it as we‘ve had similar issues with my sons (purchased elsewhere but same brand) so I took it apart, cleaned the motherboard with rubbing alcohol and put it back together. It works fine now. Should be noted that neither of them have ever been able to be cordless. We put batteries in them and they don’t do anything.

This player is cheap and a piece of garbageBought this for my mother as she wanted a simple cd player and radio.It had a simple radio/off/cd toggle on the side. The radio portion works, but the cd function is broken.When a CD is placed in, it just says No. When I try to press play, it says No.The bottom plate that goes over the batteries does not clip in so it just falls off automatically.Disappointing as we now have an useless piece of junk in the house. Amazon also tells me that my "return window" is closed.

This is perfect. It is the right size for my hallway near my bathroom so I can listen to the radio while getting ready in the morning. I am looking forward to listening to it outside this summer in my Gazebo as well. Thanks

(2017) I have had this for about 3 months now. This player is much smaller than the one it replaced, the player is mainly used as a radio, but it is on 24/7 and has worked perfect. It has good reception and is very clear. I would buy again if I needed a second unit.Just to update on the performance of this player, it is now 2019 and the unit is still working just as good as the day I purchased it. I would recommend this to anyone wanting as good radio and CD player.
