I have had several of these guns that look just a like. I think this one is a little pricier than some options of similar construction. The handle is comfortable in my hand. I do wish there was a tapered tip option for the extension similar to the one on the gun nozzle itself. A good tip for cleanup, get a can of petroleum jelly, and smear the gun with it everywhere but the handle. The foam will be easier to clean off with the slick coating. Repeat from time to time on the tip as you wipe the nozzle. Especially coat the can port area as well.

If you have put in more than a can or two of the canned foam, that’s in a can with a nozzle on the can., This will be a game changer for you. Not only can you direct the foam deep in with the extended nozzle and draw it back as you fill it to expand, but then you can clean it afterward by running a can of cleaner through it and then reuse your partly used can later if you need to. This is a nicely designed and built gun. It feels and holds in the hands well. The fittings and hardware are good. The trigger is good. I should get many years of use out of this item .

First time using a spray foam gun and it did a much better job than the plastic straw cans that drip everywhere. At first I thought I had a dud, until I went to Lowe's to see if the problem was just me. It was. I kept trying to screw in the old-style cans with the threading on the nozzle stem while getting no where. The instructions are pretty lacking. No compatible can depictions. Just to use a screw top can and not a tube. Like caulking? Why knows, but I got a compatible can along with a compatible screw on cleaner, and got to work. I sealed most places I needed in order to try to prevent ants from constantly getting into the house (and roaches taking dumps all over that spot), but an elbow fitting would have been nice to get towards the eave facing. I still have to go in from the attic and seal between the block wall and drywall, where it seems they're finding a way into the walls, and hopefully with the extension tip I can get towards that facing area. Also, clean-up wasn't too bad. It was a bit stubborn getting all the foam at first to purge out with the cleaner can, but about half a can through it finally all blasted out. I used some acetone for spot cleaning, including dumping into the nozzle holes and top of can, and everything looks like new. I did notice howecer some foam finding its way out between the extension and gun, so I oiled the o-ring with some silicone spray and hopefully from now on it keeps a better seal.

I have a small hole in my garage. i notice mice dropping i decided to see if this will cover the hole. IT covered the hole however the mice was ever to chew through it and land on the trap. Overall this is profession grade. I would recommned going to homedepot to get the Ultra Robot Vacuum and Mop with Auto-Empty and Mop Self-Cleaning, spray for this gun.

This red foam gun effectively dispenses insulation foam with impressive precision, thanks to its extended nozzle. It performs well in reaching tricky areas, such as inside walls or around windows. However, the construction feels somewhat lightweight, raising concerns about its durability with heavy use. Cleanup is easy as long as you take care of it promptly after finishing your work.
