Really helped with my long day at work. Even if I got a top work chair my back still end up hurting with the way I sit all day long. With this support pillow it help keep and good position that help keeps my back muscle less sore. The pillow is soft but firm enough to serve as a support. It also stay well cooled so it doesn't get too hot during summer. My only irk is that its a bit of a hassle to setup since my chair is too large but beside that its really helpful.

This is a fantastic lumbar support pillow - ordered it because of the discomfort I get in my chair as I work long duration. This support pillow is insanely soft and plush, alot of other support lumbar pillows are rough and are designed for heavier people so for normal non-chunky people it feels more like getting a chiropractor working on your back. This pillow is a great support, it has a nice lighter neutral color and the straps are adjustable meaning you can use it for car seats, office chairs, or even use it as a rest pillow if your doing work on the floor and need some support (Like when assembling furniture, etc..)Would recommend this pillow - great item!

Pillow is very versatile! It can be comfortably used in many places. It helps improve your posture and prevents slouching.It straps easily to an office or dining room chair almost forcing you to sit erect.I think it will be quite useful on long car trips.

I got this lumbar support pillow for my office chair hoping for some relief from lower back discomfort, and I'm pleased with the results. The contoured shape fits well in my lower back, providing noticeable support and helped me maintain a more upright posture while seated, which I believe has contributed to less stiffness during the workday.The material is soft and comfortable against my back, yet feels durable. At the beginning I had some difficulty making it stay in place throughout the day on my particular office chair but I found that, if I tighten the upper strap more and loosened it on the lower strap, the cushion stays in place better. The pillow’s grey color is neutral and doesn’t clash with anything. The construction appears to be solid and I expect it to last.

I am so, so happy with this lumbar support pillow. Since the pandemic, I have been working from home like so many others but I don't have the fancy ergonomic chair we had at the office. I work 10-hour shifts at my desk and it has been really hard on my back, so I often suffer from lower and mid-back pain. Since 2025 is my year of self-care, I ordered this very well-priced support pillow. I've worked four shifts with it on my chair so far (roughly 42 hours), and the difference has been remarkable already!It is very easy to "install" on your chair; it has two elastic straps that snap together easily around the back of the chair that holds the pillow very securely in place. I love that the pillow extends up a bit higher on the sides and kind of "hugs" you in place. The memory foam has just the right amount of give to it, not too hard and not too soft. The colours are very neutral and a major bonus is that it also fits the car seats perfectly so I would not hesitate to take this with me for a longer drive.Besides the decrease in back pain, I am impressed with the quality. It is incredibly comfortable and a very good value for the money!I am very satisfied with this purchase, and highly recommend this pillow - I should have bought one much sooner!

A nice back support to improve the level of support in your home office.I’ve used this on a dining room chair with a relatively low back (goes about 75% up my back), and the top strap just barely stays in place. It would work better on a chair that has a back that goes put your shoulders.The material is nice and soft, and the memory foam provides a nice amount of support in my lumbar area.
