Your cart is empty.The Perfect Seal is an innovative product that takes the guesswork out of toilet installation and will work with any standard toilet. It fits any drain size and flange depth. Whether your flange is above the floor or below the floor due to re-tiling, the Perfect Seal guarantees a perfect seal. The patented seal design combines specially designed rubber gaskets with encapsulated wax to form a seal that is three times stronger than a wax ring without the mess. Unlike wax rings, the Perfect Seal stabilizes toilet bolts and allows the toilet to be repositioned as needed. It accommodates flange heights from 1/2 in. above the floor to 1-1/2 in. below the floor and maintains a tight seal when common toilet and floor movement occurs. Depending upon the height of the floor flange and the toilet horn, there may be instances when the toilet may not sit flush to the floor. In these situations, the black plastic ring that is inside the gray rubber casing of the Perfect Seal can be removed. The removal of this hard plastic ring will allow the Perfect Seal to be fully compressed and the toilet should then sit flush with the floor.

Never replaced a toilet but it was leaking into the downstairs bathroom ceiling so I gave it a try. I ordered a new toilet and installation kit on line and the danco seal from Amazon. Watched a few you tube videos to get a little familiar with the task at hand.Removed the old toilet and saw the flange was lower than the floor. danco's instruction were to leave a blue rubber extender in the ring. I did so, but there was a little play in the toilet trying to attach it. I decided to remove the blue extender and used the wax seal from the install kit and the danco ring. Toilet is secure to the floor and after a few test flushes there are no leaks in the downstairs ceiling. This is day 1. I am thinking of every reason this might not hold up, including operator error. I figure I will test is for a few more days and watch how it does.

I've used the Danco Perfect Seal, and it far surpasses the traditional wax seal. Let me tell you, toilet work sucks, but this made it bearable. I had to adjust the stupid toilet so many times that I almost threw it out the door—haha! This seal saved the day. I wouldn't have been able to do it without this product. Five stars for making toilet installation a lot less frustrating!

I bought this product because I still wanted a wax type seal but liked that this was able to let the toilet be pulled if needed. It was clear from the product description that this would work for multiple flange heights. I followed the instructions for a high flange (above the floor) but no matter how hard I tried, I could not get the horn of the toilet to seat into the rubber seal. I give this product 3 stars though, because if it had worked, it was a super easy installation, very reasonably priced in comparison to traditional wax rings, and came with everything you’d need. I’ll put the majority of the blame on the flange being a little too high, but I felt this still should have worked, too.

Easily installed, stopped our leaks completely. its better than the double high wax ring. I recommend this product if your toilet requires another wax ring, water flow is detected down without any leaks.
