The B-17G is differentiated by its heavy duty armor and additional armaments over previous aircraft. What a very realistic plane....my grandson who is an avid plane enthusiastic just loves it. Looks so good as part of his collection. I do wish the pre-drilled holes on the bottom of the metal plane were a better fit for the stand. We just can't get it to fit properly and since the plane is a beautiful metal, there is no way to adjust. Even so, the plane looks great and I would highly recommend!

Great mini replica, good details, decent weight and overall a beautiful piece. Only issue is the tiny parts/attachments that are plastic came off when hubby took it out of the packaging. Manufacturer needs to secure these a little better.

My kids are plane nuts. Actually, my 8yo son is a plane nut and my 5yo daughter tries to keep pace. I bought said daughter this plane, and it's absolutely gorgeous. It's stunning, my favorite of their collection. The plane has a nice weight to it, it's cool as all getout.That said, all that heft doesn't extend to the propellers. My daughter broke one, yielding a hissy fit. I held my ground and didn't buy her a second one, but I was on the fence in doing so. This isn't sturdy enough to be a plaything for kids, but it is suitably awesome to be a great plaything for you when no one else is looking.
