I've been happy with these rotating organizers, they're great for pens/pencils, lightweight tools and other hobby items. I'm using one on my computer desk for my office supplies and the other on my electronic/computer bench were I can have common tools organized at the ready. The caddy is sturdy for the most part but it doesn't defy gravity, too many top heavy items will tip it over. There is a little noise when it rotates as it's on small ball bearings but it's not too distracting. The caddy has a good storage capacity as one will hold all the pens and pencils you can find. I do recommend these as they are well made, useful, and affordable. Plus it's a two pack!

Quality can be judged by the price is most cases. With these as well. very small but if you look at the dimensions before purchasing, you will know that. Not high quality but for now they work.
