I bought one of these over 10 years ago and it finally started cracking and falling apart. I bought a different Delta shower head with their new H2O feature and it was crap. I bought this one again and it's been fantastic. Couldn't recommend it more.

Just installed this showerhead, and this might be the best shower I have taken in my life. I only used the full body spray and it has incredible pressure and body coverage - granted our house has great water pressure but going through the Delta mixer and all the Pex elbows, I was so incredibly happy to be blasted with water.The massaging spray looks like a waste and the mix of the full body spray and the massage, also likely will not be used. Unfortunately people expect a variety of settings. I would be happy to have Delta make the head slightly smaller and buy this as a one spray showerhead.Paired this with a longer than normal Delta shower arm (the 7" one) since I wasn't sure if the water would keep off the front wall - no issues there anyway.I was worried about the 8" head looking comically big, but it doesn't. It looks great.As an aside we had to use PTFE paste sealant since it was still leaking with tape.Water is water, 2.5gpm is 2.5gpm. I am not looking forward to eventually be forced to buy the Watersense showerheads.Update: about a month after install, we are extremely happy with this shower head.

Great shower head for fraction of price. Initially bought the delt Addison ultra sonic shower head for a remodel. It was awful. Only had 12 spouts for water. Bought this delta universal and it’s so much better. Took the water regulator out for more pressure but it already delivered without doing so. Heavy and good quality. Leaves a ton of water marks but I believe it’s because I choose the gold colour. Much happier with my shower. Actually rinses soap off

Ordered this because we wanted a rain shower head but also because we wanted a choice of sprays. It works great for us.We always stick with Delta products. They stand behind their products and their customer service is top notch.

Excellent buy! Larger than expected! The installation was unbelievably simple. No tools used! No leaks! I have the stainless steel version! The shower head gives you a nice stream of water spray on any setting! Moen of course makes a very nice shower head, but for 2 and half times the price. I was told by my plumber that this shower head would give me years of excellent service. The quality of this unit seems to be good. The rubber jet spray holes appear easy to clean, but the lever arm for changing the spray settings seems to be a little flimsy, but otherwise it’s adequate! Overall, I would recommend this shower head for the price!!

Ive had this shower head nearly a full year and its still working great. It cleans easy, looks good and still functions as well as it did on day 1. Im adding a 2nd one for our other bathroom.I bought this to replace the Delta Lahara shower head we recently installed. The Lahara (17238-ss) is 4.5" and flowed at 1.75gpm. It wasnt bad, but I wanted more coverage. I decided to give the 52680-ss a try. The 52680 is 2.5gpm flow from an 8" shower head. It is MASSIVE. The 3 setting all work well too. The full body spray setting really is that, full body. The large head and high flow provides massive coverage. Much better than any other smaller shower head ive used, but with similar pressure. It's not a "rainfall" type spray that wont rinse you. The "massage" setting has a nice concentrated blast from the middle that has pletty of power to rinse even the thickest hair (so my and kids say) and the 3rd setting is a mix of the two that is my personal favorite. The lever to select between modes is very smooth and easy to use and much easier to change than any other shower head I've used. I love it! This is a VERY spendy shower head, but worth every penny to me.
