Product looks like pictures. I'm sure my clients will be happy. I'm not impressed with a $50 import charge I wasn't told I'd have to pay added to the already expensive set. I'd have gone with a different one if I'd have known.

I would not recommend this cushion to anyone looking to use it for pregnant women first trimester or not. There was barely any support from the cushion whatsoever. My 80 pound 11 year old son sank to the floor trying it out. wanted to return it but the shipping cost is too much and then there's a restocking fee since I had to open the package in order to try it out. Save your money and buy the more expensive one this one is not worth it. big waste of money, money that I do not have to waste. Lesson learned

This item is not as high standard as the brand I use where I work but the price was great so for me its worth the compromise .I was surprised that it came with its own attachable facerest as well as a travel bag. The bag I will never use....but Its good for storage.
