I'm in the process of making some custom guitar pedals, or "stomp boxes", and wasn't sure what to use on the bottom until I saw this material. I knew that sticky rubber feet would not last. This rubber is very nice quality, with a smooth defect-free surface and consistent thickness. It kind of smells like a brand new car tire, and it feels just as durable, it's super impressive. I'm pretty sure I can use contact cement as an adhesive on it, I got the kind without PSA. I'll probably use it for cutting some gaskets as well, and now that I have an entire roll of it, it I'm thinking of more uses. I'm totally satisfied, thank you.

I've often needed to use neoprene for this or that. For example, I have some old equipment and gaskets might become scarce for them. If I can cut them out if this, they're likely to fill the bill.I can't deduct anything for the fact that it smells. It's neoprene and feels and smells like neoprene. It comes in a convenient sealed ziplock bag. Hardly any of the smell escapes the bag.
