Used it 3 times and the distance button works 1 out of 10 times. Everytime I buy dewalt they always have a button problem. I’ve had a husky measure for 2 years with no problems I bought this for the Bluetooth and it’s already malfunctioning after using it twice

Straight to the point: I expect more of a Dewalt product. It is relatively good but you can get same from half price product of other brands and you can get more from a similar priced Bosch product. Don't get me wrong, I like most Dewalt products and got this thinking it would be like others but how wrong I was:- Range 30m, enough for me but similar priced Bosch goes 50m- Buttons are terrible, they pick false clicks (like double) and get away with your measurements- It is not ergonomic to hold, actually not ergonomic at all- Dewalt, a 100 product that even come with a lanyard? Are you kidding?- Can't take indirect measure (while all other in this price range do)- Try take area or volume measures and you will see that button problem driving you mad!- Manual is confuse- Battery included was dead on arrivalBy a far amount the worst Dewalt product I ever bought in my life. Returned it on day 2 and bought a GLM50c from Bosch (the only blue item in my yellow tool collection - maybe the first of many others to come)
