I bought this for an impact driver I bought without a box. I then bought a box without any inserts so bought the foam insert. After working out that the foam is in two halves and the one without the squares sits in the bottom of the box, it was simple to outline the tool on the foam with the squares then cut and push out the required squares and I ended up with an almost perfect shape in which my impact driver sits snug and secure. Very impressed!

This foam fits the T-Stak cases perfectly however the pluck foam can be difficult to customize especially if you have lots of round corners or require different depthsThe top three layers of the foam are pre-cut into squares to allow you to pluck them out. That works fine however if you cut a curve then you are dealing with a half cut cube which eventually falls out so your nice curve becomes a square.This foam insert is better than nothing but at $20 an insert it's expensive and not as durable as I'd like.I order Kazien inserts for the rest of my boxes.

Fits the DeWalt Tstak tool box very tightly... preventing the foam from coming out while pulling out tools. Easy to separate and pull out unwanted foam. High quality material. I just wish it was a little cheaper 😁.

I have a few aftermarket hard cases that I've purchased foam inserts for over the years. Some are less dense and too lightweight to maintain it's shape over time inserting and removing tools. So this time I purchased a new Dewalt tool and decided to order both the Dewalt customDWST17808 case and DWST88801-fitted foam. This foam not only fits the case exactly but also has a firmer stiffness quality that I'm sure will stand the test of time. Amazon's price was both on par with local big-box retailers and they had both pieces in stock with Prime Free delivery. So it was a WIN-WIN for me!! As my tool collection grows I will definitely purchase more of these.

Great product, keeps my tools and batteries in much better shape now. Easy to cut and mark out, fits very snug into the tstak case as well. Looking forward to getting more for my other tools.
