This is a toilet bowl handle with 15 disposable cleaning pads, and a storage container which holds the refills and the handle. Using the same toilet brush to scrub grime and germs, then swish it in water, and set it aside for reuse over and over is gross.With a kit like this, you use the handle and a disposable pad to clean the toilet. Once you get the scrub pad wet it activates the cleaning solution within the pad. When you're done, pop the disposable pad off of the handle and right into the trash.I've used kits like this before and these didn't seem to have as much cleaning solution built in as what I've used previously, but they are fine for a quick clean. For a deep clean I would add some bowl cleaner I have on hand. Also, this handle feels thinner and like it might break if a lot of pressure is applied.

I've used cleaning brushes similar to this one before and I think they did a better job. The concept of these brushes are convenient. You are able to do a quick clean and dispose of the brush head when finished. This one works but mostly as a scrubbing pad. There isn't much cleaning solution built into the heads so I didn't feel like it did much of a deep clean, just scrubbed the bowl. The handle also doesn't feel that strong, and the refill holder pops open if over filled. It works for a quick clean but there are better options out there.

This looked like a good idea, but is a one and done - after it was delivered - the refills are no longer available and no idea when back in stock - not sure if other refill brands are compatible
