I purchased this paper for use with my BBQ. The roll wasn't quite as big as I had hoped, but the quality of the paper is great. I use it to wrap my briskets and roasts on the BBQ instead of using aluminum foil. The paper works very well and helps to hold the juices in the meat when finishing out my smoke. This is in my opinion a much healthier option than aluminum foil.

The only thing that would make this paper absolutely perfect is if it was a little wider. I use it on the Big Green Egg religiously and it serves me well! Sometimes I need to double up for width, but that's not a deal breaker.

Did a Brisket and wrapped in butcher paper after the first four hours on the pellet grill; turned out excellent, very moist with good bark

Husband used for fish prep. Liked it as could wrap the fish tightly and seasoning etc stayed on fish. Will review more once the outdoor seadon comes back!Recommended.

I smoked a Wagyu beef brisket for 16 hours and the paper remained intact, allowed for some crusty surface on the beef, and the beef was perfectly done, moist and fell off the knife it was so tender. The paper was easy to remove - didn't stick.

I see a few reviews complaining that there is no wax. Well news flash, this paper is not meant to waxed as it is for barbequing. You don't want wax on your meat when BBQing plus the wax does not allow the smoke flavor through. If you wanted wax paper for freezing your meat then you search for wax paper or read the description thoroughly. Now as for BBQing, this is a great paper and we'll leave it at that.

Arrived on time, properly packaged & In excellent shape. The thing I like best is, the paper comes wrapped on a heavy cardboard inner cylinder that would easily mount on a hangar of similiar size. Will make it convenient to remove the quantity needed without worrying about the roll unraveling.I just happen to have an extra horizontal wooden towel holder of that size. Will also look great in my pump house along with all my other smoking supplies.Very pleased with my purchase.

My husband is an obsessive griller/smoker, and we've used a LOT of tin foil in recent weeks as a result... Tin foil is great, but has its limits - especially when it comes to the smoker. It's simply not as sturdy as butcher paper - and it adds another layer between the food and the smoke, which means you don't get the full rich smoky flavor in the same way when you wrap meat up in layers of aluminum... This pink (technically peach, but it's pink looking to me) butcher paper is fantastic - it came on a huge roll at a great price, it's much easier to work with than foil (particularly on double wraps), and is permeable so it lets the smoke in even when the meat is wrapped tightly. You use a little more butcher paper than you do foil, because you can't fold the edges as tight, but when you can get a large roll like this at this price point (especially compared to the heavy duty larger tin foil), that isn't really cause for concern. We already can't wait to use it to wrap our next brisket!
