Adopting reinforced sewing technology, the durability of the diving hood is improved. The face supports DIY trimming, making it more suitable for your face shape.
The annular part around the face is made of rubber lining material, which can tightly fit your face, so that water can be minimized to enter.
Although the diving head cover is not completely waterproof, it is glued and blindstitched where the seams are, which minimizes water penetration.
On the top is provided with an exhaust port, which helps to discharge the bubbles generated during diving, making it more comfortable and tighter to wear.

I wear this for whitewater kayaking. It fits snug and is thin enough to wear under my helmet. It keeps me from getting "ice cream headaches" when I roll or flip upside down in cold water. It also keeps the cold water out of my ears so I don't have to wear ear plugs. It's long enough to tuck the neck inside the volcano tunnel of my drysuit to keep the cold water off my neck around the gasket. I wouldn't want to go back to paddling in the cold without it. I use it nearly weekly 8 or 9 months out of the year kayaking in the PNW. After a couple years, some of the seams started to come apart at the edges, but I believe this is due to the stress I put on it sliding the helmet over it. I still use the original in the warmer months and bought a couple more to have a spare on hand. Outstaning value.

This is a basic hood for scuba diving. I used it for 10 days in 80-degree water and it held up well. The collar could be a bit longer but it still ticks well into the wetsuit.

So I haven't used this one yet. I bought it and some other items for gold prospecting/panning for next year's season. There are times when the water is pretty quick with pools that may hold high yields, but the water is too cold to stand in and some places too deep. I decided to conquer this issue with a wetsuit outfit and a prescription lens mask and snorkel. I tried it on to see the fit, and it is an excellent fit with what appears to be double stitching all around. Hoping it works.

This fits great and definitely doesn't get water pooling inside. I followed the size guide but it is almost a little too snug around the face hole. Leaves an indent in my cheeks but functions great.

Seems good, but I bought a MEDIUM and I’m an adult woman with a normal sized head and it’s so tight that I won’t be able to use it.(My face was all squished and I felt like I was choking, and my hair wouldn’t fit in it.)Maybe some people like that tight fit, but I’m not using it for scuba diving, I’m just using it to keep the wind off of my neck and ears when I do winter paddle boarding in the Pacific Northwest.So I’m going to order this in a size LARGE which I’m sure will be perfect for me.So keep that in mind when you’re ordering!!

Although I returned this hood, it was not because of any defect in the product. It was because I ordered one that was too thick. It was difficult to put on and take off and I found it was more suitable for much colder water than is typically found in Florida.It was extremely well made and did provide excellent protection from cold water. I’d your need is for warmth in vee cold water, this hood will perform admirably.

I bought the wetsuit cap for winter swims in Vancouver BC. I am bald, so the cap is the main part of wetsuit for me. So far works pretty well. The size matches, 3mm keeps my head warm in 10 degrees water. No problems with putting on and taking off.
