Product was open and placed in plastic bag, product seems OK but I purchased a new part this one had been opened I hope it works OK, who knows where it has been or where it was opened ?

The original package (3/4 rad flush T) was opened and the cap missing upon arrival. I sent a note and was answered almost immediately with an apology for not catching the problem and notice of another item sent. Within days, a new package came with both at and cap. Canada Auto Supply did a great job to rectify the situation. Thank you!
