It took about 2 hours to assemble. If you're patient and follow the instructions the end result is great. Love the red cushions and the set is the perfect size for our deck.

To assemble this alone is time consuming and difficult. Most of the stickers indicating which piece is for what came off while taking them out of the box. In 2 hours all I achieved is screwing the bottom pieces in place and attached 1 side to a chair piece. When I attached the other side in place, screw did not want to go into place. I then threw all the pieces, in frustration and said to hell with it. At this rate, it would probably take a whole weekend to assemble. Extremely frustrating and definitely not for people who lack in patience.

The loveseat and chairs are smaller, and low to the ground but perfect for small balconies. Unless you are very tall, it isn’t an issue. The set looks great, and arrived in good time. Though the assembly is finicky, the set is sturdy once put together. I bought pillows to put at the arms of the loveseat, making it reasonably comfy.

je suis très surprise du résultat , élégant robuste et confortable. j ai déjà construite des ensembles plus compliqués. pour rapport qualité/prix cela vos la peine. ce n est pas un set de 2000$, mais pour un budget moindre très satisfaite

Good luck assembling this. Too frustrating as the holes are not aligned at all. Total junk!

96 screws plus about 12 of another individual size! The frames are steel and the two armchairs took many hours to re-align the screws in order to get some of the components properly assembled. The attached photo shows the back of one armchair that was totallywarped/bent and we had to ignore the recommended steps; by installing the front piece to one side first this helped to pull the bent back of the second side piece into line. The sofa and table were assembled quickly with little hassle. The two armchairs took a full day to assemble. The problem armchair was taken apart and re-assembled three times to get it right. Once assembled, its a great set, very comfortable, and sturdy. Hopefully it'll last a long time, I don't want to repeat this DIY process for a long time!

Seems a little low for general sitting comfort, but not really an issue that concerns me too much. Definitely an economy level product... not comparable to the quality you would see in a $2000 patio chair set.The customer service was amazing! One of the pieces arrived in a damaged box (likely caused by the shipper/warehouse), which actually resulted in a bent metal frame, meaning the piece was impossible to assemble.I emailed them and they responded in less than 24 hours asking for photos of the damaged piece just to confirm the situation could not be remedied remotely. Then they offered me two solutions for consideration. I accepted delivery of a brand new piece, delivered at their expense (less than a week later), and I now have a complete set of patio furniture as advertised. The product sits a little low compared to my other patio furniture set (located in the back yard), but since no one will be comparing them side-by-side... it's a non-issue.If you are concerned about tall people sitting in your chairs, then maybe this could be a concern.
