I’ve used these basic insoles over the years and they work very well. I’m sure they’re not long lasting as the more expensive and made of different materials, but I always like changing them anyway because it freshen up the shoe..

I see no difference both on opening and after use between this product and the much cheaper offer at out local dollar store. It is a cheap thin sponge with what looks like some form of woven mesh or canvas on the up side. It provides very little if any shock absorption or odor reduction. It is non washable so to be considered a consumable item, and I do not expect it to last very long. You're not saving any money buying this instead of good gel or memory foam insoles.

These are exactly what you are paying for, not for support, but for extra softness inside your shoe. Also! Anyone saying it comes with one probably didn't notice that they are stuck together and clearly a pair or don't understand that you NEED to cut your shoe size in them. They aren't meant for just one size!! The cushion is just about less than half a cm(4/10th?), so really it depends on your added weight if you need something more substantial like the Ultra Pillo or Double Pillo. But these work for me as I'm using them in my Moxi Rainbow Rider Skates and they help make my feet a little more fitted into the boot and add comfort too! I will probably use my second pair in my Doc Martens on top of my DM insoles I added.

I was looking for a pair of insoles to replace the custom orthotics I had in my running shoes. As I planned to use these shoes around the house for gardening or general house-work, I didn't want to invest in expensive ones.They came with a cutting guide that included men, women, girls, and boys measurements. I would recommend cutting a size larger & wider than what you normally wear to leave room for error. I found the guide (women's 6) recommended cutting a lot narrower than what the shoe would need - so be mindful of that. They are extremely comfortable and offer some added cushion to the shoes. They do not have any kind of arch support, which I expected and purchased accordingly.I would highly recommend these if you are looking for something similar to what comes with your average running shoe purchase.

Love these insoles. I buy all my shoes about half a size too big so that I can put these inside to make them softer to walk in. I work 8 hour retail shifts on a concrete floor and these are sooooo necessary to keep my knees, ankles, and shins from aching like crazy at night. There is an even thicker version of these as well that I also really love. They do tend to rip and wear down after months of daily use, but for the price they are really worth it. It's nice to have a fresh pair every 6 months or so anyways. It really freshens up your shoes and makes you feel like they're brand new again. Highly recommend!

it was good while it lasts, depending on how intensive you are on them. they add decent comfort even though they are very thin, so they dont add bulk to the insides of your shoes. Though because they are really thin they rip and tear very easily.

Great product. Like some people, my feet are two different sizes by about half a size (10.5 and 11ish), so buying shoes can be annoying sometiimes! I purchased these dress shoes that were a bit bigger (size 11 and not size 10.5) than I usually wear since they were on sale and only size 11 were available. I bought these insoles, since I heard that it can help when you buy half a size up and/or have a loose feeling shoe. Boy, did this do the job! Before, I could tell the shoes were feeling loose and now with this insole, they fit perfectly! No pain at all. Dress shoes tend to lack support, so having these is so helpful. It was easy to cut the insole to fit my size; it doesn't have to be perfect since it's going in the bottom of your shoe - who sees that anyways?!So much happier with my shoes now!
