The item arrived in a timely manner. Unfortunately, there was a chip in it. It was packaged well, so must have been missed in quality control. I contacted the customer service and they worked well with me. I was very satisfied with the outcome. The bookends are beautiful and solid. They are heavy enough to hold books up and attractive for decoration. I will definitely look at their store for future purchases.

I love these bookends. They came in great sturdy packaging. They are heavy and well made. They hold my books up so well. Definitely a great buy!

I purchased these bookends o hold a set of gaming books and they do a great job. They're heavy enough to hold the full series I use on a fairly regular basis and look good doing it.

Very detailed, shipped protected without breaking, sturdy and heavy. Delivered next day without a hitch. If you're in the market for bookends and love dragons, this is perfect for you. My only gripe is all the little pieces of styrofoam that go everywhere upon opening. Makes a great gift for lovers of fantasy, medieval times, and dragons.

These are great detailed bookends. They have a substantial weight to them, however I wish they were a bit heavier to hold up more books. Great addition to any room.
