It 's a hard foam, about the same hardness as cosplay foam. I was kinda surprised when I managed to do few test cut. Originally planned to cut gasket for the vacuum fixture CNC plate, but turns out I have 2 uses for this.

This is a very lightweight foam; I was hoping for something thicker, more durable.As a woodworker, the plan is to use this as a pad when doing sanding on the workbench. Setting an almost-finished piece on the workbench can lead to marring/scratching of the materal so I'll lay this pad on the bench, my workpiece on top of the pad, pull out the random orbital sander, and get to work.While not as durable as I was hoping for, I imagine with just a bit of care, it will last long enough. At this low price, I can just get another when I eventually rip this one to pieces.

DUPDMKIN Foam Rubber Padding is basically one long sheet of foam paper. At least it's in one continuous roll so you can cut to suit. It cuts easy, doesn't tear or scratch easily and can make a great display. Repels water and oil as every foam does. What can I say...it's 1/8" black foam in a roll of about 6.5 feet.
