I love these darts and the fact that they don’t feel like they are too heavy!

I’m a regular darts hobbyist. I’ve used name brand professional darts as well as cheaper no name alternatives. EastPoint does a good job with the barrel of the dart. It has a good grip. The plastic shafts are awful. They don’t hold the flight in place. The blue aluminum shafts on the other hand are decent and the ones these barrels are meant to connect with. These darts don’t come with o-rings, which I consider necessary because it keeps the shaft and barrel from coming apart. I’m able to land these darts consistently. The points aren’t as sharp as other darts in my collection. I’ve had one of these fly back at me and land further away than I was standing when I threw it. Overall, I expected better.

I grew up playing darts competitively and recreationally. I ordered the EastPoint Sports 2-Player Steel Tip Dart Set and the only disappointment was how long they took to be delivered (about 15 days). As soon as they arrived, I was like a kid on Christmas and immediately started trying them out.First and foremost, the case is exceptionally nice. The case is sturdy and protects the darts thoroughly - which is important when you have nice darts and travel with them for tournaments or recreationally. The case has built in compartments for extra shafts and flights. The darts are nicely fitted in the case and stable. It has a unique spring-loaded flap to open which is a nice feature. Just ensure to open the flap from the base and not pull open using the dart which can bend or break the dart. This hard plastic case is so much better than the soft plastic/leather case many people use to store their darts that flatten the flights. As for the darts, there are two sets which are great for immediate play. Competitive players will always upgrade shafts and flights for personal preference. The flights are firm and there are two different shaft colors per set to choose from. For competitive users, the weight of the barrel seems slightly heavier - which of course is a personal preference for heavier or lighter darts. Some prefer the heavier barrel out of "feel" and deeper impact in the board. Others prefer a lighter feel of the barrel weight for believed better accuracy.Overall, these are high-quality darts and the price point is on point. Overall, the darts have a very nice balance and feel great on the fingertips which is highly important.

While I prefer the compactness of a folding leather case for darts, the advantage of this large case is that you can store the darts assembled. The closed case flattens the flights a little, but it is a quick fix once you pull them out of the case. It stores extra flights and shafts. The spring-load open seems a gimmicky. The barrel is fairly fat and the overall weight of the dart is 25g. With 2 sets you are set for you and your partner!

As a for fun level dart player, I have never had darts that didn't come as a set with a board. I can't tell you if these are super high quality, but they are way better than any box set darts. These come with a cool case for each set, and ever have some spare fins/stalks if you want to change them up a bit more. They play way better than anything I have used before, and I get excited to practice with them.
