Instruction:
1.Put the cutter on top of wine bottle and squeeze it.
2.Squeeze the cutter and revolve it horizontally at 360 degree till all the foil paper are rifted.

The cutting blades on this foil cutter are really sharp and the tighter fit on most bottle tops makes it super easy to use. Usually one squeeze and turn does the job, whereas on the other cutters I have used it takes much more effort. Highly recommend this one. The blade design instead of the cutting wheels of the other cutters is much superior.
