A little prep before popping it in: plastic on plastic will rub and over time wear down. I used a little blob of plastic-safe hobby grease (not the automotive stuff) on the rub-points, won't wear on the plastic which build up its own dust. Time will tell if it outlasts the factory original, which broke on the back side where the rod inserts into the little L-bracket bit. (The L-bracket bit had broken off.)
