Great mini keyboard. I use it for my MAME arcade. I like that you can program separate colors for each key that stay on constantly. Normally i would knock this a point for the antiquated microusb port instead of C, but it's so good I'll let that pass.Software wasn't hard to use at all. If you are uncomfortable with downloading the Chinese software, you can instead program it directly at the supplied web address while having it plugged into your PC.

I do a lot of keyboard and macropad remapping with AutoHotKey. Since I am always running out of physical keys, I often have to use, e.g. ScrollLock to toggle between vertical and horizontal scrolling. I sometimes use NumLock the way it was designed to be used, but sometimes remap it to a more useful key. I nearly always disable CapsLock, e.g. right now I remap CapsLock to Alt. But when AutoHotKey fails, things can get very messed up because one of the *Locks is logically pressed down.(In fact, I usually have Ctl+Alt+Shift+CapsLock mapped to an action that clears all logically stuck keys - not just the *Lock, but also the modifiers. Sometimes saves me having a reboot.)I'm not using this three key device to do much. But having it light up the different keys with red/green/blue for NumLock/CapsLock/ScrollLock, and then being able to use those keys to toggle the corresponding *Lock keys has been very convenient.---My main complaint: you program this device using the SayoDevice.com web-hid in your web-browser. I do rather wish it used standard QMK. The web config tool has some problems, not fully saving/restoring state - last I checked it round-tripped the programming but not the RGB LED light settings. The SayoDevice.com web tool is much better than the locally installed software for this device, and many similar. And certainly better than QMK for novice users.

I duel boot my Intel based Mac Mini which require I press the Option key while the PC is booting, to select the boot drive. I use a wireless keyboard which is not active during boot so I need a usb keyboard just during boot time. The Ecarke was easy to configure using Chrome and using the online configuration tool. All done without problems in the Mac environment. Now I don't need to drag out my full size usb keyboard just to boot into Windows to play games.

Used this keypad to create quick and easy play/pause/rewind buttons for specialized software. The keypad feels solidly built, and works well. The programmable LEDs and the anti-slip pads are a nice touch. The programming software was a little hard to understand at first, but easy enough once you figured it out.

I thought my keypad was defective at first, but it turned out to be a problem with the USB cable I used, which was not the original one. I think the one I grabbed from a drawer only provides power, not data. When I changed to the original one, it started working immediately. The keys feel great, as you'd expect from Cherry MX switches. You can easily pop off the keycaps and turn them so that the switch is oriented vertically or horizontally, and there are two microUSB ports for the same reason. That's smart.Someone mentioned that they thought one of the ports would be USB-C due to the photos. I get why they thought that, because microUSB ports can look like they're USB-C from some angles. However, the description never says USB-C.The software is confusing, but it works. If you just want to program three keystrokes, you won't have any problems. Other settings might be trickier to figure out.The good thing about this keypad is that the key assignments are saved in it, so you don't need to constantly run the software. Other keypads require you to run proprietary software that interprets commands as they're received. The bad thing is that since there's no software interpreting commands, there's no way to ever have more than three commands. At least, not as far as I can tell. This is fine if you have three keys/combinations you use all of the time, but not if you have a fourth. And that's why I'm struggling with this keypad.I could see this working really well in very specific use cases. For example, mounting it somewhere to send keystrokes to a headless Raspberry Pi. But if you're trying to use it for multiple purposes, you'll have to keep opening the software to reprogram it and save your settings. Or use something like AutoHotKey as an interpreter.I really want to like this keypad, but it doesn't do enough to justify me keeping it.

Solidly built and three keys which can be mapped to do almost whatever you want. My only gripe is that if you are really tapping it fast/hard during gaming the device will tend to topple over because of the rectangular design. If you are buying this for some intense tapping action, look for some good adhesive to keep it in place, otherwise its a great little 3-key macro pad.

There is not a second USB Port and there are no LEDs to control. The software you need to customize it not user friendly at all and some functions just don't work.

Works great for Osu. Passing 6 and 7 star maps no problem, streams and hard single-tapping and the thing doesn't move at all. The anti-slip pads that are on it are great but it probably depends on your table somewhat as I've seen some people say otherwise in reviews. I have like a sort of laminate/melamine table and it never moves even on 200+bpm deathstreams. If you had problems I'd just buy some cheap sticky tack/blue tack and experiment with that. The software at first seems really sketchy and poorly translated from Chinese -> English. it's also accessed through a program you download but it opens the software editor in your browser... Despite confusing labels and mistranslations and overall sketchy look, it's obviously safe, and its pretty easy to figure out. You can do a lot of stuff with the RGB colors and the functionality of buttons. Some reviewers saying that it's "useless" as it only does the numbers 1, 2, and 3 but these are probably boomers because the mapping for the buttons is the literal first thing you see when opening the software. I have mine on "z" "x" and "c". You can also assign button combinations too, such as Ctrl + C. Great productedit: months later, still going strong. my only complaint is the switches aren't hotswappable so you can't just pop them out. I wanted to lube them, you can probably do so by removing the screws that hold the whole device together but I haven't tried yet. Also the software seems to have gotten a little better? You can go to google and search "OSU Sayo keypad" and click the links that people provide in reddit (https(colon)//osu(dot)sayobot(dot)cn/download/) and the software now opens its own thing in file explorer and not via chrome, and furthermore seems to have been cleaned up and polished a bit (but translations still a bit funny)

EDIT: My review is for an older model. The product seems to have been updated and now features RGB! I am still using this and it has not lost any functionalityThis does work, and I was able to reprogram it and everything. However, one of the images says it connects with usb-c, but it is actually micro USB. This is unfortunate because I only have a usb-c slot remaining and was going to use a c to c cable. The keys feel great and it does work, but I'm bummed I won't get much use out of it without finding a special cable
