It works well for me. i bought 2. One for my car, i am short and can sit up straight and see over the steering wheel. I use th other one for my chair while playing on the computer! Comfortable, good value for the $$. it is firm!

This recovery behind pillow has a non slip bottom which really helps keep it in place unlike some plastic blow- up models out there.It helps keep my bum supported and slightly elevated , but…I find the foam not firm enough as expected, was hoping to keep my anus off the chair but foam flattens. I like the size, shape and non- slip surface, a firmer foam insert would elevate this to 5 stars

This cushion was purchased for an elderly man with pain issues in his legs which prevented him from sitting for long spells on chairs with no support. He uses the cushion every day. He says it works better on an arm chair than on the work chair behind his desk. He is able to sit for several hours in the armchair without getting up.
