How to use yoga bolster

  • 1). For relaxation: place two blocks under the bolster and then rest against it for as long as you like.
  • 2). For low back release: please the bolster under the hips and let the entire body's weight rest on the bolster. Stay for 3-5 minutes or longer in supported bridge pose.
  • 3). For splits: melt your upper body over the bolster so the upper body is relaxed. Breathe into any tension in legs for 3-5 minutes or longer.

Imagine the densest, least comfortable piece of foam you can find and then wrap it in a stiff, scratchy fabric. The bolster itself is very light (probably because its filled with what feels like packing foam) and has zero give to it. I can't imagine anyone sucessfully using this bolster for yoga - you would be further ahead to lie on the cardboard box it came in. Returned.

It is sturdy and lightweight. It is firm. I gave it a 4 as I would like to seen it a bit larger yet, it is good for home use. It appears to be well made and comes with a bag for storage. You can remove the outer layer to wash which is great. I should have paid more attention to the sizes but I am keeping it and the gray leaf pattern is very calming.

I quite like this bolster. It comes in a storage bag and it has a removable cover. It’s solid and it’ll last a long time while keeping its form. I find it’s good to use for stretching and relaxing. It’s easy to store too.

All in all, quite pleased. good size, bag to keep it in, it is firm, so when i lay on it (225 lbs) it compresses, but doesn't collapse. i think this is a good value.

Just what I was looking for. A nice firm bolster. It is very light, but that doesn't compromise it's density. Also, no funky odour or anything out of the packaging.If you are looking for a nice firm bolster that is soft to the touch and will allow you to place blocks underneath it to prop it up without it losing its shape, this is perfect. Now, will it stand the test of time? We shall see. Either way, for the price, this is a great value.Comes with a cover for storage. I yin too often to use it haha.

I ordered this bolster based on reviews from other purchasers about its quality and durability. And it definitely is high quality - material, firmness etc. I also wanted to acknowledge the company who I feel went above and beyond. When they realized my product was late they reached out to me. Even though I expected there to be delays because of the global pandemic, I thought this was wonderful customer service. They wanted to let me know they were tracking their orders and would keep me updated when they had more information and were genuinely concerned about me as a consumer.
