The physical box is as advertised, and for the price does the trick.My challenge is that my lockbox came with a missing machine screw for 1 of the 4 white key holder racks. I have no idea what the size is for this and tried to hunt and peck for it at Home Depot and couldn’t find it. I bought this lockbox for my cottage, which is a 2 hour drive away from home.I shouldn’t have to do this as it is a waste of energy, time and gas money. For that I rate the product a 3 out of 5.

This box is perfect for rental properties. Our family has multiple and we've been keeping all of our keys in a bowl with a lid. Not ideal. We have installed this in our cleaning closet and it is so much easier and more organized. It is well put together and ideal if you have multiple sets of keys.

I really need this sturdy key box for repair shop and when there are more 3 people working in the shop, it gets very easy to loose the keys. Now, every one need to put the keys in the key box. It’s great with lock code, it was very easy to set the new code. It works great.

What more could I ask for?! This locking key storage cabinet is not only functional, but durable as well as aesthetically nice. We had our keys on a hook, or I should say several hooks before, so this closing cabinet is a great upgrade!This Secure cabinet is practical and is built very sturdy and makes it easier to have a quick place to put our keys and have them in one place. This will help you to stay organized. The storage capacity on this is 32 keys, definitely big enough for all of our keys.I’m not sure which room I will end up using this in as it would really look perfect in about any room. Exactly what we needed to store extra vehicle, house and rental property keys. The slim profile allowed us to install the box behind a door to keep it hidden. It was easy to install by my husband and fairly easy to add the tabs and labels to our existing keys. We don't normally use the combination lock but it's nice to have it if we need it. Only critique is that modern car key fobs are a little big for the spaces allowed, but fortunately we aren't using every single tab space so we just use every other hook for those keys.
