The design is great and I like the LED screen which helps set up temperature and modes. However item came all scratched and with paint imperfections.

I bought this for my Reno in feb2023. It wasn’t installed until May and it worked but I didn’t need it because it was warm. In the fall when I needed it it no longer worked. Very disappointing. A lot of money for a towel rack that doesn’t heat up. Thankfully it looks nice

Heater worked great when we first got it but after only 2 months unfortunately it stopped coming on which now means we’ll have to get a new electric towel rail for the bathroom
