These are plastic accordian-style folders with 13 clear dividers in each. Each folder comes with a set of coloured tabs that can be written on and then slipped into the tab at the top of each divider. These folders can be used for a number of purposes. You should note that dividers are only connected to the folder at the 2 sides and is not sealed at the bottom of the folder. There is an elastic closure which is connected in 2 spots on the bottom and is secured around the plastic fastener on the front of the folder. I did have one of the ends come loose from the folder. When it is loose the metal tab on the elastic tends to flatten in line with the elastic which makes it easy to insert into the folder. However, this also makes it possible to slip out of the folder when the elastic is tightened. You may choose to secure these tabs to the bottom of the folder before filling the folder.I got these folders to help store and sort some of the many cutting dies and stamps I have. The size of these folders works nicely for some of the larger cutting dies I have which wouldn't fit in an A6 sized folder and for some of the stamps sets. However, with the open style bottom, I find that I need to store some of the die sets in bags within the divided sections otherwise they would fall through to the bottom. Using magnetic sheets in each folder may also work.Overall, it helps with my storage and organization.I hope this review was helpful!
